  2. Greetings,perfect solution is too freeze as you suggest! I’ll usually whip up a quick dessert with them. Smashed Frozen Bananas and Peanut Butter/Chocolate Bars, posted on TK for your perusal. I have made frozen banana nut rounds (using a variety of chopped nuts to coat them) then freeze. Ideas are endless. Wishing you Good Health as always…Cheryl “Cheffie Cooks” Wiser.

  3. This is a great idea. You could blend the banana chunks up with some Nutella to make a banana and Nutella ice cream. In fact, I might do that now. I often use brown bananas in cakes or mashed up in homemade cereal bars.
