Chocolate Cinnamon Quesadillas
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 medium tortillas
  • 2 Tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips, ½ tablespoon of sugar and ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon on half of each tortilla.
  3. Fold the tortillas in half. Cook for about 2 minutes. Flip the tortillas over and cook the other side for another 2 minutes.
  4. Cut into triangles with a pizza cutter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
