Soy Sriracha Deviled Eggs
- 6 large hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon brown mustard
- ½ teaspoon Sriracha, plus more for drizzling
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Start off by slicing 6 hard-boiled eggs in half.
- Scoop out the yolks and mix together with mayo, mustard, Sriracha, salt and pepper until smooth. Cover in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Pour soy sauce in an 8x8 pan. Marinate 6 hours on one side, and then flip and marinate another 6 hours on the other side.
- Scoop the egg yolk mixture into the marinated egg white halves. Place eggs on a platter, drizzle with Sriracha and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
