Soy Sriracha Deviled Eggs
 
 
Ingredients
  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon brown mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Sriracha, plus more for drizzling
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
  1. Start off by slicing 6 hard-boiled eggs in half.
  2. Scoop out the yolks and mix together with mayo, mustard, Sriracha, salt and pepper until smooth. Cover in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. Pour soy sauce in an 8x8 pan. Marinate 6 hours on one side, and then flip and marinate another 6 hours on the other side.
  4. Scoop the egg yolk mixture into the marinated egg white halves. Place eggs on a platter, drizzle with Sriracha and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
