Corned Beef
- 2-4 Pound Corned Beef Roast
- Water to cover
- Place Corned Beef in a Dutch oven or large stock pot.
- Pour in just enough water to completely cover the roast.
- Bring water to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 3½ to 4 hours until roast is cooked though and tender.
