Corned Beef
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2-4 Pound Corned Beef Roast
  • Water to cover
Instructions
  1. Place Corned Beef in a Dutch oven or large stock pot.
  2. Pour in just enough water to completely cover the roast.
  3. Bring water to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 3½ to 4 hours until roast is cooked though and tender.
