Parsley Ice Cubes

  • Parsley, Basil or any herb you have leftover from your garden
  • Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Add fresh herbs to food processor.
  2. While pulsing, drizzle in enough olive oil to make a paste.
  3. Fill up ice cube trays with the herb paste.
  4. Freeze.
  5. Once cubes are frozen, remove from ice cube tray and place in a zip top bag in the freezer.
  6. Slice off a small portion whenever a recipe calls for the fresh herb.
