Whisk together garbanzo bean flour, water, caramelized onions, olive oil and salt.
Spray pan with a little coconut oil and heat over medium-high heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into heated pan, per socca. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Transfer to plate. Top with any recommended toppings or some ideas of your own :)
