Slice off the top and bottom of the orange. With the orange standing upright, cut off peel vertically. Flip the orange on its side and cut crosswise into ½" slices. Repeat with remaining oranges and arrange slices on a large platter.
Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
In a small bowl, mix together orange juice and honey. Drizzle right over the fruit and serve.
