Summer may be over, but who says eating S’mores has to be? No campfire required for this delicious S’mores Pie. We’re not big on the whole camping thing anyway. Did I mention, it only takes 4 ingredients?! It could not be easier to make. Just set aside enough time for chilling in the fridge.
A decadent ganache poured into a graham cracker crust and topped with a blanket of perfectly toasted marshmallows, how can anyone resist this beauty! If you like S’mores, you’re going to LOVE this.
Combine chocolate and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir until the chocolate is melted and you have a gorgeous ganache!
Pour into a 9″ prepared graham cracker crust.
Cover with plastic wrap and park in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Cut marshmallows in half on the bias.
Now you have a bunch of marshmallow halves to cover the pie or shove into your mouth when no one is looking.
Place the marshmallows cut side down on the chilled pie.
Pre-heat broiler and pop in the oven for about 1 minute, rotating pan and watching closely so the marshmallows don’t burn. Let cool and cover with plastic wrap. Chill for another hour or two to let ganache set again.
Slice and serve. This pie is so rich and delicious, a small slice will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth.
Hope you enjoy 🙂
