The Super Bowl is just over a week away. It’s one of my favorite eating days of the year. Do you have your menu planned yet? I’m happy to report that we just finalized our Super Bowl recipes and meal plan last night. If you’re looking for some ideas, I’m here to help! Here are some of my crowd pleasing favorites, perfect for game day!

    I have recently heard about you from a ferind, and about your workouts for butt and thighs. I have been doing them and recently learned that I am doing the squats wrong. I feel like I am doing them right, however video proves I am leaing forward too much. How do I correct this? Let me add that I have lost weight but now trying to tone because I am very flabby.
