I have recently heard about you from a ferind, and about your workouts for butt and thighs. I have been doing them and recently learned that I am doing the squats wrong. I feel like I am doing them right, however video proves I am leaing forward too much. How do I correct this? Let me add that I have lost weight but now trying to tone because I am very flabby.
